1. How do I check my order status?

Check your email - we will send you regular emails regarding the status of your order

2. How long will it take to ship my order?

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. Orders typically arrive within 5-8 business days once shipped. Shipping is free on orders over $50. Orders under $50 will be charged $4.95.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email, once the order has shipped. The email will contain information to track your order. Please allow 24 business hours for tracking to update, once the order has shipped.

3. Can I cancel an order?

We are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed. You are welcome to return items you no longer wish to keep, as long as it is within our return policy.

4. Does Yep Apparel ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

RETURNS

1. How do I return an item?

To start a return, please email hello@yepapparel.com and provide your name, the email address used to place the original order and the order number. We will email you a prepaid return label to print at home or scan at a carrier. Please note, return shipping labels are $4.95. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition and in the original packaging.

Please note, any items listed as final sale cannot be returned.

Returns are processed within 10-14 business days of arrival at our warehouse. You will receive an email once your returned item is received in our warehouse. Once approved, please allow 7-10 business days for funds to post to your original form of payment.

2. Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we are unable to create exchanges. You can return any unwanted items ordered within our return policy, and then place a new order.
